Is Hit Detection Off Lately Or Is It Just Me?

Check out around 2:15 to 3:15. Six NARCs directly into a mostly stationary opponent. Not a single one connects. This is just the most blatant one I have seen lately. There have been other examples too. So my question is, is it just me or is something amiss?

Edit: AMS will shoot NARC without triggering a effect sometimes thats why its futile to try and NARC a mech standing in a group of AMSd allies.

But hitregistration is still bad, today a gauss round hit my 100% fresh STK on the left arm, warped through it and hit again on right arm. Very rare for that to happen, most times the rounds dont do any damage at all, despite the animation/sound for a hit beeing played.

AMS will also take it down, but I didn't spot any of that. Just the ECM cancelling the NARC.
As for your friends target info "bug", you only get that with LoS. UAVs and NARC don't give you that information.

That would explain it. I had a misunderstanding of how NARC works in the game I guess. Odd that it cancels ECM on the NARC'd mech but not on one covered by ECM. Reality has never been a strong suit of Battletech though.
